August 6, 2010

Dear Ko’olani Apartment Owners,

A water leak occurred in Penthouse 4 the evening of

August 4, 2010. Upon learning of a leak, security and

our Ko’olani management team determined which

unit had the leak, turned off the water, and called

water restoration to begin the clean up. In completing

an inspection of the extent of units affected,

management determined water leaked as far as unit

3003.

Sue Savio of Insurance Associates has been contacted

to initiate an estimate of the damages. Individual

apartment owners have been informed to contact their individual HO-6 policy providers.

The Board has initiated a thorough investigation of

the incident to determine cause and will issue a report

once the investigation is completed.

Sincerely,

Board of Directors
